[¶ 1] Roland C. Riemers appealed a district court memorandum decision and order for judgment 1 denying his motions for default judgment and summary judgment, granting defense motions for summary judgment, dismissing his complaints, and awarding costs and disbursements in his actions against Traill County Deputy Sheriff Paul Anderson, Traill County Sheriff Michael Crocker, Traill County State’s Attorney Stuart Larson, the City of May-ville, Patrolman Paul Borud, and Trooper David Pulju.
