Appellee, plaintiff in the lower court, sued the appellant railway company, alleging that his wife was a passenger on one of its trains, and that in approaching the station of Claude, her destination, the employes of the train failed to announce the means of exit for the purpose of disembarking from said train at said station, and to have a sufficient number of doors conveniently open near the place in the coach in which she was riding to enable her to alight at said station, and further failed to stop the train at said station a sufficient length of time to enable her to alight therefrom,…
