The sole error assigned is the refusal of the trial court to non-suit the plaintiff. The action is brought upon a policy of insurance issued by the defendant indemnifying the plaintiff against loss by fire to the amount of $1,500 upon her dwelling. The policy contains, amongst other things, a stipulation in these words: “ If any other insurance has been or shall hereafter be made upon the property hereby insured, or any part thereof, or any interest therein, whether such insurance is valid or invalid, this entire policy and every part…
