[893] This is an appeal from the circuit court of the City of St. Louis in a suit for commissions and an accounting, wherein the plaintiff-respondent Ebeling recovered a judgment against the defendant-appellant Fred J. Swaine Manufacturing Company for $27,815.37, principal and interest.
