Plaintiffs filed this action for an accounting against defendant for commissions allegedly due them under a contract of employment with defendant, by which plaintiffs were to negotiate and secure government contracts for technical training of those in the armed services at defendant’s school, and to be paid a certain compensation per man-hour, covered by the number of men and period of time fixed by such contracts with the government.
