Plaintiff is engaged in the business of a manufacturers’ representative, i. e., a salesman of specially manufactured machinery and equipment, and is a citizen of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Defendant is a West Virginia corporation, organized in 1951 for the purpose of acting as a prime contractor in the performance of defense contracts.
