In the decision of this controversy, it must be borne in mind that we do not pass on the truthfulness of the facts alleged by Nona S. Hanes, we merely pass on the sufficiency of the evidence viewed in the light most favorable to her to be submitted to the jury, it is for them to ultimately pass on the facts.
