WILL, District Judge.

This is an appeal from cross-motions for summary judgment which the district court decided in favor of Huffy Corporation (“Huffy”). The district court held that Sales & Marketing Associates, Inc. (“Sales & Marketing”) was not a dealer under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (“WFDL”) and therefore Huffy did not violate the statute when it terminated its relationship with Sales & Mar keting.
