Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of the circuit court granting partial summary judgment in favor of defendant.
On July 22, 1976, plaintiff filed a medical malpractice complaint against defendant Richard Freeman, M.D., and against Outer Drive Hospital in Lincoln Park. On November 29, 1977, the hospital was dismissed from the case on the ground of governmental immunity.
