TAMURA, J.

Following a jury trial defendant was convicted of conspiracy to sell amphetamines and possession of a firearm by a felon and sentenced to state prison. Defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction.

On or about June 29, 1973, Walker Levon Granger met Donald Lawrence Mansfield and Henry Washington Davis and told them he wanted to buy five kegs (a keg contains 50 jars of 1,000 pills each) of amphetamines.
