BAUGH, Justice.

This is the second appeal of this case. The first appeal is reported in (Tex.' Civ. App.) 54 S.W.(2d) 151. The same issues were submitted to the jury upon the second trial as upon the first. The suit was to deny probate of the last will of Mrs. Virginnie Taylor, deceased, on the grounds, first, that she was of unsound mind at the time she executed said will; and, second, that it was procured by the undue influence of Fred Taylor, his wife, and daughter.
