This is an appeal from a judgment of one of the district courts of Harris county, refusing to probate the will of Maud Houston, deceased.

Maud Houston died in the city of Houston, Harris county, Tex.,, on December 15, 1919, leaving a will by which she devised and bequeathed to Harry E. Holmes, the appellant, the greater part of her property, which was worth, in the aggregate, at the time of her death, between $25,000 and $35,000, as best we can estimate from the record.
