* Writ of error dismissed for want of jurisdiction March 26, 1924. This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Travis county, setting aside an order of the county court of Travis county, probating the will of Christian Stolle, and annulling it upon the jury's finding that at the time of its execution the testator was of unsound mind, and that August Stolle, the principal beneficiary under the will, had unduly influenced the testator in its execution.
