EASTERBROOK, Chief Judge.

Abraham Estremera was sentenced to life imprisonment following his convictions for conspiring to distribute cocaine plus possessing a firearm despite an earlier felony conviction. We affirmed his convictions and sentence, along with those of some confederates. United States v. Bustamante, 493 F.3d 879 (7th Cir.2007). Estremera then sought collateral relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, contending that his lawyer had misstated the terms of a plea bargain proposed by the prosecutor.
