MEMORANDUM OPINION
ELLIS, District Judge.
This is a dispute over the ownership of the domain name “cosmos.com.” Plaintiffs, one of which is the current owner of the disputed domain name, seek a declaration confirming the propriety of their use and ownership of the domain name.
