OPINION
MASTERSON, District Judge.
Augustus Young, a prisoner at the State Correctional Institution at Grater-ford, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter the relator), has filed two petitions for the Writ of Habeas Corpus which attack convictions on two different ses of indictments.
