MEMORANDUM OPINION

The matter before the Court is an objection to exemptions (the “Objection”) filed by James R. Walsh, Esquire, trustee (the “Trastee”), challenging the exemptions claimed by the debtor, Michele G. Burge-son (the “Debtor”). The matter is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), and the Court has jurisdic*802tion over the matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b).
