I.INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on Appellant’s Notice of Appeal of the Bankruptcy Court’s January 7, 2015, order denying Appellant’s motion for authority to execute a qualified domestic relations order for want of subject-matter jurisdiction. (ECF No. 1; see also Walsh v. Dively, 2015 Bankr. LEXIS 124 (Bankr.W.D.Pa. Jan. 7, 2015).)
