I. INTRODUCTION
Pending before the Court is an appeal from an April 15, 2014 Memorandum Opinion and Order and Memorandum Order of the Bankruptcy Court in Bankruptcy Case No. 11-21606. (ECF No. 1). Appellant Diana M. Urmann (“Appellant” or “Ur-mann”), appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s decisions sustaining, in part, the objections *475of Trustee James R.
