Russell R. Thorne, appellant, appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County holding him in “willful contempt of court” and sentencing him to 179 *30days in the County Detention Center for failure to pay child support. He presents three issues for our review:
1. Was thé evidence sufficient to show that appellant willfully failed to pay court ordered child support?
2. Did the trial judge err in his hybrid treatment of a criminal contempt?
