OPINION

BASKIN, Justice.

These are appeals from convictions for burglary of a building. The two cases were consolidated for trial. The jury found appellant guilty in both causes, and the trial court assessed punishment at fifteen (15) years in No. 04r-81-00234-CR, and life imprisonment under Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 12.42(d) (Vernon 1974) in No. 04-81-00235-CR. 1

In his first ground of error, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions, claiming the shops involved were not buildings within the definition provided in Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 30.01(2) (Vernon 1974).…
