This appeal concerns the validity of the last will and testament of Isaac Lewis Conner who died on March 16, 1944, a resident of Wabash County, Indiana. At the time of his death the testator was a bachelor 74 years old and the appellants are among his collateral next of kin and as such, in the absence of a valid will, would inherit a substantial part of his estate.
