This suit was brought to contest the will of John Megee, deceased. A trial by jury was had, which rc*71Suited in a verdict for the defendants below, who are appellees here. Mo.tion for a new trial was overruled,, exceptions properly taken, judgment on the verdict, and appeal to this court.
The complaint charges that at the time of the execution of the will the testator was of unsound mind; that the will was unduly executed by reason of duress and fraud; and issue was formed by the general denial.
