PVO International, Inc. and Polytron Company have filed third-party complaints in the above-entitled consolidated action against the United Steelworkers of America and Local 5039 of the Steelworkers Union. The third-party defendants have moved to dismiss the complaints on the ground of failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted, which the parties have addressed in memoranda and at a hearing held on April 30, 1976.
