On December 2, 1926, a policy of insurance was issued by the Rocky Mountain Fire Insurance Company for the principal sum of #1,300 in favor of the plaintiff A. S. Smith, insuring for a period of three years from date his dwelling-house located on a farm described and certain personal property contained therein, in Fallon county, against loss or damage by fire, being so divided as to cover liability on the house to the extent of $800 and on the personal property to the amount of $500.
