Upon the trial of this action, at the close of the evidence, each party moved for a directed verdict. The court took the case under advisement and upon June 3, 1924, rendered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $1,746.66, plus $48.20 costs. In due time defendant served and filed notice of appeal, and filed the necessary transcript in this court.
