Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Jacon, J.), rendered December 16, 2011, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of failure to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act.
Defendant failed to register his change of address within 10 days after he moved to the Town of Stephentown, Rensselaer County, as required by the Sex Offender Registration Act (see Correction Law §§ 168-f [4]; 168-t).
