Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Washington County (Hemmett, Jr., J.), rendered April 9, 1999, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment, and (2) by permission, from an order of said court, entered March 20, 2000, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment convicting him of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and the judgment revoking his probation.
