On March 6, 2013, plaintiff Mountain Pure, LLC, and individual plaintiffs who are employees of Mountain Pure filed this action asserting Fourth Amendment claims under Bivens v. Six Unknown Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971), against named defendants Cynthia M.
