OPINION
FUTEY, Judge.
On August 11, 1951, plaintiff, Pueblo of San Ildefonso, filed several claims against defendant, the United States, before the Indian Claims Commission (ICC). On May 25, 1978, the case was transferred to the United States Court of Claims and later continued in this court. The case is currently divided into several subdockets, ranging from 354-A to 354-E. These subdockets are before the court at various stages of litigation.
