CONOVER, Presiding Judge.
Defendant-Appellant Ralph Jochem (Ralph) appeals the Dubois Circuit Court's judgment determining a twelve foot easement is entirely located on Ralph's real estate, permanently interfering therewith, and granting Plaintiffs-Appellees Leroy and Alene Kerstiens (Kerstiens) compensatory and punitive damages.
We affirm.
ISSUES
Ralph raises three issue for our review. Restated, they are:
1. whether a prescriptive easement arose located one-half upon the Kerstiens' and one-half upon Ralph's real estate,
