Before the Court is defendant’s January 31, 2005 Motion for Reconsideration, filed pursuant to R. Ct. Fed. Cl. 59(a)(1) (“RCFC”). The motion arises from the January 7, 2005 opinion denying defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint. See Huntleigh USA Corporation v. United States, 63 Fed.Cl. 440 (2005).
