MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

INTRODUCTION
A bankruptcy court in this district recently held that motel room revenues were not “rents” within the meaning of Bank ruptcy Code § 552(b) 1 and assignment of rent clauses executed in favor of a secured lender by four Chapter 11 debtors. In re Majestic Motel Assoc., 131 B.R. 523 (Bankr.D.Me.1991).
