Before the Court is a motion filed by Wells Fargo, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) to determine the value of its secured claim against Old Colony, LLC (the “Debtor” or “Old Colony”) and Old Colony’s corollary objection to Wells Fargo’s proof of claim.
