This appeal is from a decree foreclosing certain liens for labor and material furnished for the construction of an apartment house. The plaintiff James A. C. Tait & Company, a corporation, is one of said lien claimants, and furnished at the special instance and request of defendant George E. Mangas, who in his dealings with plaintiff was an original contractor, certain material for use in the construction of said apartment house. The defendant Jason C.
