Plaintiff brought an action in tort against his father for injuries incurred in attempting to help his father and younger brother recapturé an escaped bull. The defendant appeals from judgment for the plaintiff. Held:

1. The defendant alleges the court erred in entering judgment in favor of the plaintiff and in denying his motion for directed verdict and judgment notwithstanding the verdict or new trial. We do not agree.
