On Marcb 12, 1962, appellant, Billy Huffman, was driving Ms automobile west on Alcorn Street in tbe City of Hot Springs. "When he reached Central Avenue he collided with an automobile owned by appellee, City of Hot Springs, and being driven by appellee, Bobby Digby, who, at the time, was a city policeman. Digby was answering a call to a corner on Central Avenue where someone had driven a car into the front of a store building.
