This is an appeal from an order of the orphans court of Hudson county admitting to probate a paper-writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Gussie Langendorf, deceased. The will was executed December 10th, 1932. The testatrix departed this life at Union City, in the county of Hudson, in the State of New Jersey, on October 11th, 1933, leaving her surviving as her heirs-at-law and next of kin five nieces and a nephew of the half-blood.
