Charles C. Trelease by order of the court appointed as the next friend of Louise G. Oswald, an alleged incompetent, brings this bill to set aside an inter vivos trust made by Louise G. Oswald with the defendant, F. Arnault Seidler, on or about August 15th, 1941, upon the ground that she was incompetent to make such deed at the time of its execution and for sometime prior thereto.

The complainant is the widow of Karl Oswald who died March 28th, 1941, leaving his entire estate to complainant, consisting of both real and personal property of an approximate value of $200,000. She had been married…
