MEMORANDUM & ORDER

BORIS RADOYEVICH, Bankruptcy Judge.

By notice of motion filed November 11, 1982, the creditor, Mather Memorial Hospital of Port Jefferson, Inc., objects to the following claimed exemptions of the debtors Frederick and Josephine Pearl:(1) Exemption of $20,000 equity in their homestead;(2) Wedding rings exemption of $150;(3) Watches valued at $70;(4) Exemption of $443 cash on hand or on deposit.
