Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. appeals from a U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut judgment that certain asserted claims of Tyco Healthcare Group LP’s U.S. Patent Nos. 6,682,544 (“'544 patent”), 6,063,050 (“'050 patent”), and 6,468,-286 (“'286 patent”) would not have been obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Tyco cross-appeals from the district court’s con- elusion that the other asserted claims are anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102(g).
