This litigation grows out of a controversy over the division of an attorney’s fee of $10,000 between appellant and appellees, Donald Poe and C. L. Poole, or Poole’s assignee, C. I. Abbott. The parties to this appeal are lawyers. Judgment was recovered in the Calhoun Circuit Court by them in the case of Crook v. Arkansas Power & Light Company in the sum of $20,000. The case was appealed to this court and affirmed. Interest accrued on said judgment in the sum of $683.33, which together with appellees’ costs in this court of $15 made a total sum of $20,698.33.
