Adrian Bustamante (Bustamante or applicant), appeals pro se from the Superior Court’s denial of his application for post-conviction relief. Bustamante asserts a myriad of self-declared constitutional violations that he argues warrant the setting aside of his conviction for first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder and his resulting sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
