The applicant, McCarthy Larngar, appeals to this Court from a denial of his application for postconviction relief. On appeal, Mr. Larngar contends that his application for postconviction relief on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel should have been granted, and he points to several alleged errors and/or omissions for which he blames his trial counsel.
