This case is before the Court on an Amended Petition to Compel Arbitration *589and Stay Judicial Proceedings [Doc. # 47] pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 3 and 4, seeking to compel arbitration of a dispute involving “payday lending” claims. Respondents have filed a Motion to Dismiss [Doc. # 50] contending that this action should be dismissed.
