Plaintiffs, whose church was destroyed by fire, brought suit against the defendant corporation to recover insurance, and upon trial by the court had judgment for $14,500, from which the defendant appeals.
Plaintiffs are the trustees of the Dillon Methodist Church, South, which is located at Dillon, South Carolina, where it owned and occupied a church building and parsonage. Defendant is a corporation dealing in fire insurance, organized under the insurance laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal office in Chicago.
