DUNCAN, Chief Judge.
The plaintiffs are all residents of the State of Florida. The defendant is a resident of the State of Kansas.
Plaintiffs seek to recover damages as a result of a collision between an automobile which was being operated by one of the plaintiffs, and an automobile owned and operated by William A. Van Winkle, in Caldwell County, Missouri, in which Van Winkle was killed. Following the death of the said William A.
