This is husband’s second appeal challenging spousal support in this dissolution case. Previously, we remanded the case to the trial court for the court to decide whether the parties had entered into a settlement agreement and, if there was an agreement, whether the terms of that agreement were within the range of what would be just and equitable under the circumstances.
