This summary proceeding is tbe first under the recently enacted Albany Business Rent Control Law. (L. 1948, ch. 679.) The cause was bitterly fought with accusations made by one side of ‘£ rent gouger ’ ’ and by the other of £ £ unscrupulous tenant.” Motions have been made at various times upon which I have reserved decision and taken proof.
