The testamentary guardians of a minor, whose estate included a city lot on which stood several houses, were approached by an agent of an oil company with a view of leasing a portion of the premises for ten years for the purpose of erecting' thereon a gasoline-service station. They informed the agent that the property belonged to the estate of their ward, and their attorney would have to be consulted.
